Banana Mango Porridge with Chia Seeds
- Ingredients:
2 bananas
1 mango peeled and seeded
meat of 1/2 of a young coconut
1/2 water of one young coconut
some extra water as needed for desired consistency
1 cup of ice
1 tsp vanilla extract
cinnamon and nutmeg to taste
pinch of salt
2 scoops of super green food (or 2 measurements of your own super green food, if you don’t have any, skip)
2 TBSPS chia seeds soaked (at least 20 min)
- Directions:
1. In blender place bananas, mango, coconut meat, coconut water, ice, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and super green food and blend until creamy. If too thick add more water.
2. Place porridge in 2 small bowls.
3. Add 1/2 of the soaked chia seeds to each bowl with porridge, mix and eat!
