Chocolate Ice Cream

- Ingredients:

3 frozen bananas

1/2 to 1 cup almond milk

2-3 TBSP raw cocoa powder

1/2 tsp vanilla

pinch salt

pinch cinnamon (optional)

- Directions:

1. Put everything in blender but only adding a little bit of almond milk.  Process until creamy, adding milk as needed.

2. It should be creamy and cold enough since the bananas were frozen, but if you like it a little harder put it in the freezer for about an hour mixing it a couple of times in between so it doesn’t get “icy” on top.
