Day 7
Another great raw day!! So much delicious food that I want to share with the world =) I cant wait until I start getting comments on people thoughts about all of this and how the recipes are working for them. Wouldn’t it be beautiful if everyone would stop being so afraid of change and give vegan raw food a try? I know it seems a little scary to try this, but it is worth it! you discover a whole new food world, you feel better, have sooooo much energy (kinda crazy actually), and you are not hurting anybody. Pretty amazing if you ask me.
So here are my latest adventures, hope you like them, and again, any comments are welcomed =)
- Falafel Gyros This was a really great dinner! So here are the 3 main parts of this dish, plus you are going to need very big greens like collard greens to work as the pita bread, and I also chopped some tomatoes, cucumbers, green onion and avocado to add on top.
These two can be snacks or breakfasts

And here is one more dish that could be a lunch or dinner
