Mashed Cauli/Broccoli

- Ingredients:

1 cup cauliflower

1 cup broccoli

1-2 cloves garlic minced

1/2 cup nuts or seeds (whatever you like, it’s to absorb moisture)

2 TBSP olive oil (or flax seed oil)

salt and pepper to taste

1 TBSP dill (optional)

- Directions:

1. Process nuts or seeds to powder. Add garlic, salt and pepper and process again.

2. Add cauliflower, broccoli, oil and dill and process until creamy. (if it’s too thick add 1 TBSP pf water at a time until is creamy)
